User roles and BBPress Moderation Suite

A question each for both. But first I want to say both plugins are great and really help out on our forum.

User roles: We’re having a big issue with the bozo system. Constantly spams users who shouldn’t be spammed. With no real way to fix the problem, as we have tried multiple solutions, I wondered about this earlier.

This plugin allows advanced options that the normal built in options for user groups don’t have right?

So would it be at all possible, to give the member user group, the same option that the Moderator user group has, to bypass the spam system. This would guarantee that users can no longer be spammed.

Moderation Suite: The plugin works quite well. But the only minor issue we have had is, the report this post link doesn’t show. Reports is enabled, and we are using the default Kakumei theme.

Any suggestions on a solution?
