The long-standing question at any Chinese food restaurant, or indeed, any restaurant is what kind of food to get. And after you decide you want fried rice, you have to decide on something even harder – chicken, beef, or pork.

Yes, I know it may seem like a small problem, the kind that only I would ever even think of writing about, but it's a very important question to me. It has a special place in my heart.

For example, my little sister refuses to eat pork, which can make the result go either way, depending on how friendly I'm feeling towards her.

The answer usually ends up as chicken.
