And this capacitor is designed to work. I don't know why it's in the sandbox, but I might as well continue with the instructions.<br /> 1. Cut the foil sheets into equal areas, and cut some of the paper to a slightly larger area. Keep the areas small so that you will not have to work with large areas of foil and paper. Glue one of the foil sheets to the paper on one side, and repeat for the other side. Wait until they dry. Make sure that the foil contacts don't touch because otherwise it won't capacitate anything. I'll post step 2 later.
